Accessibility & Facilities
St Peter’s is accessible for wheelchair users via the West entrance. The West entrance has a permanent ramp installed.
We welcome all dogs within St Peter’s, as long as they are well behaved and kept on a lead. Access to dogs will be restricted dependent on the events that are taking place within the venue at any given time. Guide dogs are welcome at all times.
There are currently no toilet facilities within the venue.
St Peter’s has access to Gaol lane public toilets, located across the road from the venue, during events throughout the day and evening. During events, there are also portable toilets brought in, that are situated outside the North entrance, facing North Street.
The St Peter’s regeneration will enable toilet facilities in the future. You can find out more about the regeneration of St Peter’s within our About Us page.
There are plenty of car parks and parking spaces within and surrounding Sudbury town centre. For more detailed information on how to access the nearest car parks, please visit our Getting Here page.
Opening Hours & Box Office
St Peter’s is open most days from 10am-2pm for the public to look around, and for many events, and the cafe/bar is usually open within these times. We have excellent downloadable guides and a recording suitable for walking around and learning more about the heritage of St Peter’s.
St Peter’s is run solely by volunteers and therefore all opening days and hours are subject to change.
We use a ticketing system called TicketSource that enables us to sell and manage tickets online for our events. When booking tickets through our site, you will be safely redirected to the specific event page on TicketSource. You will also receive a confirmation email once you have booked.
Tickets for select events are also available at the Sudbury Tourist Information Centre, which can be found inside Sudbury Library in the centre of Sudbury town.
If you have any problems with booking, or would prefer to speak to someone directly, you can contact our team through our Contact page or by calling: 07597 020427.
