Accessibility & Facilities

Accessibility & Facilities

Wheelchair Access

St Peter’s is accessible for wheelchair users via the main entrance, which has a permanent ramp installed.

We welcome all dogs within St Peter’s, as long as they are well behaved and kept on a lead. Access for dogs will be restricted dependent on the events that are taking place within the venue at any given time. Guide dogs are welcome at all times.

Toilet Facilities

There are currently no toilet facilities within the venue.

St Peter’s has access to Gaol lane public toilets, located across the road from the venue, during events throughout the day and evening and we are currently supported by Prado Lounge, a cafe and bar adjacent to the venue that kindly permit use of their toilets, including accessible, during events.

The St Peter’s regeneration project will enable toilet facilities in the future. You can find out more about the regeneration of St Peter’s within our About Us  page.

There are plenty of car parks and parking spaces within and surrounding Sudbury town centre. For more detailed information on how to access the nearest car parks, please visit our Getting Here page.

Opening Hours & Box Office

Opening Hours

St Peter’s is open to the general public as often as possible, depending on the availability of volunteer stewards.  At other times it is open for events. For heritage visitors, there are helpful downloadable guides and a recording to listen to while walking around the building and learning more about the heritage of St Peter’s.

Box Office

We use a ticketing system called TicketSource that enables us to sell and manage tickets online for our events. When booking tickets through our site, you will be safely redirected to the specific event page on TicketSource. You will also receive a confirmation email once you have booked.

Tickets for select events are also available at the Sudbury Tourist Information Centre, which can be found inside Sudbury Library in the centre of Sudbury town.

If you have any problems with booking, or would prefer to speak to someone directly, you can contact our team through our Contact page or by calling: 07597 020427.
