MAKE A MARVELLOUS SILK MOUSE, JOIN A GUIDED MEDIEVAL CHURCH TRAIL OR JUST TAKE A LOOK AROUND

To celebrate both Heritage Open Days and the final weekend that St Peter’s will be open to the public before we close our doors for our £2.5M regeneration project, we will be welcoming you to pop in and pick up your very own *free silk mouse creating pack.  Our sewing bees will be in St Peter’s on the day to help demonstrate how to make your mouse.  There will be free colouring activities for all so you can show us your own mouse designs!

We will also be running a couple of guided medieval church trails, starting at St Peter’s and taking in St Gregory’s and All Saints.  Hidden in each church will be our marvellous church mice, Pete, Greg and Al, for you to find with the aid of some clues.   Full booking information to follow.

Come and help us to mark this important milestone in St Peter’s 600 year journey!

*mouse packs are limited to one per family on a first come first served basis – make them together!

These activities are provided by the Churches Conservation Trust with support  from The National Lottery Heritage Fund and Babergh District Council.
